Delivery Policy
At Ted’s Trophies and Trinkets we deliver Australia wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to it’s destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss alternative freight charges/options.
We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for it’s journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on (03) 9560 5614 or sales@tedstrophies.com.au .
In-Store Pick Up
Our store is open Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday: By appointment only, Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm at 1 Glenwood Ave, Glen Waverley VIC, 3150. You are welcome to pick your order up once it is completed.
